Here I’m styling a few pieces* from Eileen Fisher from their first Fall release. Since it remains quite warm here for another month, I thought I’d do some transitional looks. Read on for a mix of classic and artsy styling!
LOOK 1
When I saw this print it was an immediate yes. I’ve loved grid pattern for years, but it is not the easiest to find. Throwing on a matching set with a simple black topper for slight chill is great for variable weather. Completing the look with my favorite red.
ITEMS: EF grid top in size 1X | EF grid pants in size L | EF black hooded jacket in size 1X | Red glove shoes – Martiniano
LOOK 2
A color I’ve been really drawn to these past few years is camel. This goldenrod skirt is a nice cotton that allows airflow for the lingering heat, but nods to the warm tones present in Fall. Keeping everything neutral, but contrasting with a boxy black top and cream shoes.
ITEMS: EF black boxy top in size XL | EF goldenrod skirt in size L | Cream mules – Nisolo | Cream purse – Secondhand
LOOK 3
Print mixing is one of my favorite styling choices. I tend to do so in the same color family like this mostly white (with hints of black) ensemble. This tunic is flowy and breezy but see-through so a nude bra is a must. For even more fun, I added in rorange mary janes and patterned socks.
ITEMS: EF splatter tunic in size L/XL | EF grid pants in size L | Socks – Hansel from Basel | Rorange Mary Janes – Zou Xou | Rorange clutch – Secondhand
LOOK 4
Another styling idea I love to stick with is pairing prints with various neutrals. I find that black, white, and camel work so well together, these pieces are great for mixing and matching.
ITEMS: EF grid top in size 1X | EF goldenrod skirt in size L | EF black hooded jacket in size 1X | Belt – Elizabeth Suzann | Black babos – everlane
LOOK 5
When I want an all neutral look with just a touch of intrigue, I add in rose gold. It provides warmth next to the black and white base.
ITEMS: EF black boxy top in size XL | EF grid pants in size L | Rose gold flats – nordstrom rack
